Client Experience Associate
I joined Spear Wealth Management in November 2025 as the firm’s Client Experience Associate. In this role, I support our advisors behind the scenes and am dedicated to delivering exceptional service and a smooth, personalized experience for every client. Whether coordinating the planning process, gathering key information, or managing day-to-day operations, my goal is always to make each interaction feel seamless and relationship-driven.
My background includes many years in client communications and service-focused roles spanning financial services, real estate, and residential interior design. A consistent theme has guided my work across industries: people come first. I take pride in being a steady, responsive resource—someone clients can count on for clarity, care, and follow-through.
Before joining Spear Wealth Management, I worked at Commonwealth Financial Network, consulting with financial professionals nationwide on marketing strategy, branding, and client communication best practices. This experience deepened my understanding of the financial services landscape and strengthened my belief in the impact of thoughtful, empathetic communication.
Most recently, I owned a residential interior design business after attending RISD when my children were young. While running a creative business was incredibly rewarding, as my kids grew more independent, I felt ready for a new challenge and drawn back to financial services. I’m thrilled to now be part of the Spear Wealth Management team.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband and two children. We often visit family in Ireland and on the West Coast, and we enjoy exploring new destinations whenever we can. Closer to home, the beaches of Cape Cod and taking road trips throughout New England are our favorite summer and weekend escapes.
